Made from 100% natural Ramie fiber impragnated PTFE dispersion and heat resistant lubricant, Ramie is stronger than flax, cotton and jute, it has got high abrasion and extrusion resistance and low friction factor, it is a flexible redily, controllable packing wich requires little maintenance and treats shafts gently. Can be applied to seal pumps, refiners, filters,valves in the brewing and beverages industry, the paper-making industry, shipbuilding and other fields, and especially used in the foodstuffs and pharmaceutical industries. It is suitable for water of all qualities, sea water, weak acids and alkalis, brines, oils, greases, celluloses mashes and especially resistant to abrasive media. TRL530 has additional treatment with graphite.
